In a craft-led business, clients choose more than a finished result. They choose the person they will trust with their vision. For Barbara Furgała and her tailoring studio, BABSTYL, we built a service brand from the ground up, centred on the experience, precision and personal care behind her work.

Visual direction, brand communication, bespoke copy, photography, film, and website design and development formed one coherent system. Every element served the same purpose: to reveal the person and craftsmanship behind the brand, make the quality of the studio’s work visible and help prospective clients evaluate its services.

With her new brand, website and visual content, Barbara could finally present her work in a way that reflected its true quality. BABSTYL began attracting clients from across the city and other towns, reaching beyond its immediate neighbourhood. Today, Barbara has more freedom to choose who she works with and less stress about finding the next customer.
